Making a Dream

Hunter/jumper equestrians are resilient, strong and passionate, and we come from different backgrounds and face different types of challenges. The USHJA Foundation created the "Making a Dream" program to offer unique opportunities in the hunter/jumper sport to USHJA members who face significant adversity, such as mental, physical or emotional challenges; resource limitations; or other challenges. Each experience is custom-designed depending upon the specific interests of the "Making a Dream" grant recipient.

Since 2011, the grant has helped six riders facing adversity make their dreams reality.
